We paid the requested deposit - they claim they did not have notification although I have the proof of delivery of notification of payment. Mistake one - assume someone advertising in the yellow pages is trustworthy and will deliver as agreed.

They don't deliver my roll on lawn on Tuesday as promised as they didn't know I'd paid the deposit. Yeah right! They promsie it for Wednesday! They tell me 'we're a reputable company' - Alan Dawson Landscaping who they gave as a reference has never heard of them... Their competitors tell us they are known for bad service...

Eventually, on Thursday, after numerous phone calls and SMS messages - again having been promised a time they are four hours late when they arrive! The tyre was flat, they were busy, they stopped at the shop... So it went on and on every time I called...

Then the threatening messages and calls start and demands that they are paid immediately or they will fetch the lawn and I will pay and and and...

Such a charming and pleasant lady on the phone, shouts me down, yells and carries on threatening me! Really not recommended! In fact, if you use them, you deserve what you get after this warning!
