I requested service cancellation on May 2010 through their tech connect ticket service. 3 days latter I received a reply saying: "The request in this ticket has been completed." After this response i assumed my account had being closed. On October 2010 I noticed that my credit card was still being charged for their monthly fee of $89.99. Since then I've being trying to get my money back for all of those months I was incorrectly charged without any success. Every time I send a new ticket requesting status of this issue, they say this is still being reviewed by their billing department. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
Don''t be fooled by their false add claiming they are "#1 selling web based POS system on the market" - No Company with a customer service like this could be a "#1" on anything.
