I have purchased a laptop cooling pad from eforcity recently through the popular website, woot.com.
I received my item, noticed it was broken, and immediately sent a message to woot.com. They told me that they were just the middle man, and that I would need to contact eforcity. Well, every number you find for eforcity just takes you to an automated system that doesn't get you anywhere. I have NUMEROUSLY emailed this company, and they won't give me ANY sort of response. I was just simply asking for a refund, or replacement.
I dont believe that WOOT has no way of getting ahold of Eforcity. They do business with them for goodness sake!
