Terrible experience. I ordered a Samsung D900i unlocked. Received it with a T-Mobil brand, which I hadn't requested. Received order with out any receipt or packing slip. The phone also came with a travel charger with a huge European 3-pronged plug and an outlet adapter. This wasn't disclosed in advance.
I had a very difficult time reaching CS: voice mail doesn't take messages; e-mail wasn't returned; my order number was invalid; my log-in didn't work. I finally reached someone on the phone. I was told that the Samsung/T-Mobil model was the only one that carried a warranty. The enclosed warranty is for the UK and requires that it be completed by the dealer (it wasn't) and require proof of purchase to validate the warranty. When I questioned egizmo about the lack of a receipt or paper work I was told it wasn't included to save paper. To which I said 'bull s##t;' that not how business is done. At that point the Customer Disservice Agent told me he wasn't sending me a receipt, and to return the phone because he didn't do business with people who used profanity. The entire transaction seemed highly questionable and underhanded. We'll see what happens when it comes to a full refund.
