Dear complainer, your complaint making little sense to us and we suggest you to check who really did the work at your building because we can’t figure out this issue at all. Since we don’t know who you are and which building you are referring to, we can't address the background facts but we’ll try address the issues in your claim. First of all, EGL Properties stands 100% behind the work that we do and/or the vendors we contract to service our buildings. EGL Properties contract the services of vendors who are Specialize Contractors and fully insured to service its buildings especially for issues such as Heaters and A/C units. Second, since we hire only HAVC Contractors to install heaters there was no reason for us to hire a plumber in addition to the HVAC Contractor to move any gas lines durring installation. In addition our plumbers are fully licensed and they MUST have a physical address no P.O. Box, we don't hire fly by vendors. Third, for any major projects such as relocating Heaters etc we ALWAYS pull permits and all jobs are inspected by the city. If there were any issues with this installation then this work wouldn’t be approved. As a general rule EGL Properties ALWAYS informed/consult the owner and obtain his/her written approval BEFORE doing major project such relocating heaters. Fourthly, EGL Properties provides copies of all invoices for repairs that are done at all units. You should have a copy of invoices IF EGL Properties actually initiate the work with the contact info of the vendor. Once again EGL Properties stands behind its work and will help owners to resolve problems even after terminating our services.
