We have had aproblem with the attitude of the supervisors and customer service personal in this store. there seems to be a need for retraining of these people. 1st it is not good form to tell a customer that they are lying to you. then to cop attitude and bercome snotty is no0t good for customer relations. We had requested that the store manager and left the name and phone number to respond to our request.
If this is the standard then you will not be surprised that the store sales are in decline
