This company is a hoax...I purchased three of the netbooks for my children which are complete junk. I wrote and stated I wanted to return the product and it took a week for them to refund my money and then it wasn't even the full amount paid, not even close and you can not call the company because it always says mailbox is full and noone ever answers the line. They didn't say anything about keeping 25% till after the fact, I will be sure to post everywhere and report them also the BBB and the FBI because they are ripping people off and it is not right.
