No complaints at all, great company
I ordered the 7" netbook on 12/9/10. I got freaked out by all the bad reviews, so I contacted them 12/13/10 via live chat. It took about 2 hours for them to answer the chat, but they assured me everything was fine and it would be shipped soon. I received on 12/15/10 in a sturdy, undamaged box. The product looks great, the operating system is great. In 2 clicks I had the wi-fi turned on. Checked my email, googled some stuff, etc. Looks great, works great. I don't understand why there are so many complaints, when everything went extremely smooth for me. Great product, great deal, good company, but probably just understaffed for what needs to be done. Just be patient and don't freak out people!

no product arrived took money
I went looking for this guy after a friend was ripped off by him. Yanki Hofstatter 7523 Silver Woods Court Boca Raton, Florida 33433 is the owner of eglobalwireless inc. His phone # listed in the Florida Corporations records is 561-843-8490. My friend was ripped off by this scumbag and I spent two hours searching for this scum. You can all call the DA in the county or better yet the State DA and make complaints against this loser. Start a class action suit against this fraudulent business owner. I hope this helps.

Merchandise never recceived
Same issue as the other complaints. No response from customer service, no merchandise shipped and credit card charged. I have intiated complaints with IC3 and the Better Business Bureau in addition to working with my credit card company to reverse payment.
