Fraud
I purchased a mini laptop for $99.99 and also purchased a warantee and when the computer came it had a purple screen. I sent the item back the next day as directed to by "Erik". I never received a replace computer even thought I asked for a new one as I should have gotten since I also purchased the warantee. Erik does not answer the telephone for complaints/returns. You can only talk with him when you are purchasing a product, everything elso is done by email. This company is making their money by scamming the consumer with the so called restocking fees and they had no intention of replacing my computer! Keep your money in your pocket, this company has poor customer service and shamful return practices. I never got a copy of the warantee I purchased either.

Stay away
I have been looking for a basic mini computer which will get me online but is small enough to throw in my purse. Based on customer reviews and product descriptions, I bought a $99.00 7" mini netbook from Eglobalwireless.
Before the computer arrived, Eglobalwireless called me and offered a 2-year warranty for $!4.00. They said the manufacturer doesn't include one. I bought it before I got the computer, then was sent an online receipt. So far that's all the warranty information I have. If I had been offered the warranty after I got the computer, I wouldn't have bought it. The netbook arrived quickly, in good condition. However, it is often painfully slow and it will not download some sites at all. The computer requires a very strong WiFi signal. Still, I figured I got what I paid for, until I tried to use the YouTube player which comes preinstalled.
Each time I tried to play a YouTube video I got a "file not found" error message. I located Eglobalwireless' online tech support system and sent a description of my problem. I received a response suggesting I go to the Microsoft trouble-shooting website to resolve my "outdated browser" problem. Not only did I receive a wrong answer, but the link I was sent referred me to directions which are impossible to understand.
I sent another ticket explaining about the wrong information I got. To date, no reply.
Although the netbook does provide Internet access in some circumstances, it is essentially useless for my needs. I considered returning it but I foolishly didn't read the return policy before purchasing. There is a significant restocking fee and the purchaser pays for return shipping.
I also wrote a customer review on the site. Although I was careful to list both pros and cons, I was surprised to find that my review (which rated my experience a generous "3") was not published on the site. Looking back I realize they publish mostly rave reviews.
The total cost for this "99.00 computer" is now $119.00. (I was surprised that an Internet company which states it is in New York charged a Florida sales tax -now I know they actually are in Florida, not far from where I live.)
Sadly there is very little I can actually do with this netbook, so it will probably gather dust and go in the "lesson learned" file. If I had it to do over again I would spend another $125 and buy a brand-name netbook on sale at a reputable retailer.

They sell defective products that come in a plastic baggy with no warranty or instructions
Blueant q1 bluetooth headset arrived (also with the 3 components loose in plastic bags--and with only 1 of the 3 earbuds provided in Blueant retail packages and no warranty card or instructions) in thinly padded envelope via USPS and was defective out of the bag. Was told there'd be a 15% restocking fee; then told via e-mail that I was right about their published/website policy and there should be a full refund (so long as the merchandise is returned intact in 30 days); it arrived in Florida in 5 days from receipt. I likely spent 3-4X as much to properly package it and send it Fedex.
The refund was 30% 'light' and there's been no response via e-mail. And the front page of the website says that all products are shipped free; so no shipping/handling clawback is legitimate.
Now I see 'recertified' versions of the same make/model for 50% more than the price I paid. And the lower priced units are still available; what's up with that?
If you go ahead and buy from this """"merchant""" be sure to use a credit card...so you can promptly dispute charges when you find out you've been """"serviced""" by the merchant.

Their supposed great customer service phones are not working and the online customer service is down more than it is up
My wife bought me a netbook for Christmas. She bought it on Thanksgiving day and right after I received it I quickly found that it did not work at all like they said it would. We have been trying to get they "Great Customer Service" to allow the return as well as waive the 25% restocking fee. They are not allowing us to return the item even though it does not work at all like they say. In addition to the frusteration of them saying they will not accept the return, Their supposed great customer service phones are not working and the online customer service is down more than it is up and you can rarely get someone and when you do they can not make a decision on their own and told me the phone service has a problem and she would not get me a supervisor on the line. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

This has to be one of the worst retailers on the web. DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. After not receiving this item and paying extra shipping and also an extended warranty They only refunded 2/3rds of my money. This company is a JOKE.

Wireless 7" Netbook
I received the netbook from eglobalwireless 20 days after purchase. I cannot get anyone from the company to assist with the WIFI issue...then I got so fed up that I planned to return the product only to find out that the company charges a 25% restocking fee on returns! This is ridiculous. The netbook is for my son who only wants to play online games with it...does anyone have answers?!

3 (7")mini labtops pink,green,red
I purchased 3 netbooks on 12-20-10. I received mo order no. and customer id. no. The message given was that a tracking no will be sent to my email. that never happened. Those labtops was the only thing I had to give to my kids and now that is ruined. How dare you people to take money from innocent hardworking people like myself. You need to be punished

pink mini labtop
I purchased 3 mini labtops for $129.99 each with my credit card on 12-20-10 for my daughters on Christmas and never received them. I've made several attempts to contact these people. I am put on hold for several minutes just to leave a voice mail. I can't reach any one on the chat line either. These people are wrong to take my money like that. That was my last. That was the only thing I was able to give them, now they won;t have that for Christmas. I am in tears as I am typing this. This is the most painful Christmas ever.

Unethical/Sold as New but USED
Ordered an Aliph Jawbone bluetooth earpiece. Advertised as new. They sent it in a plastic bag, taped shut! Was used or refurbished, but not advertised as such. Jawbones come in plastic boxes. They never admitted to being so unethical and then expected me to pay for the return shipping, even though I never would have purchased it had I known it was used! They wrote, "return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, " but it is the dot com's responsibility to be ethical and not trick customers into purchasing used items by pretending items are new and nowhere (on website, item name, in item description, in email receipt) writing that the item was previously owned.
