I bought an Egyptian Scarab Amulet necklace for the offer price of 19.90Usd on the 8th September, which I paid through paypal to

To date I have not received it and when I wrote to them to enquire, I have been given so many excuses, that their purchasing office is under renovation, "I thought you have received your book?", etc...

What is going on? Is this a scam. If so, beware of this!
