eharmony automatically fraudulently bills customers for continued services, that the customer did not request but placing every new member on auto renew then defends the policy by small print. It is a business practice designed solely to cheat the customer out of more money. They will refuse to refund the customers money unless it is noticed within 3 days (per the customer service supervisor). eharmony claims this is to keep from interrupting communication but it would be very simply to notify the member of pending expiration allowing the member to decide to purchase more service or not.
This is inappropriate business/billing practices designed to defraud the consumer.
