I am a publisher of advertisers of clients that pay commissions through Clickbank.

Clickbank's pay out policy should be looked at very closely by Consumer Protection. Clickbank only will pay you commission monies after at least 5 different purchases have been paid for by 5 different consumers (i.e. credit card holders. After a period of approximately 3 months if no one has purchase anything from my sites, then Clickbank starts to debit my account $1 per month until all the commission monies are gone.

Is this fair or rather should I say legal?
