I have worn weaves for over 7 years and I tried bought from many companies that sale REAL Indian hair and this company does NOT. For starters the buy 1 get 1 shouldve been a red flag, quality, unprocessed indian hair is much more expensive but I thought this was a limited promo the company was running so going against my gut I purchased 2 4oz 16in natural wave for 160+shipping...in the bag the hair seemed ok but after it was installed I immediately knew that the texture was not Indian hair it was very dry and shaggy looking. After I brushed the hair the waves disappeared so I had the hair washed and deep conditioned hoping that this would help. To my surprise it made it worse and My stylist used the same products as she do on other weaves. At this point I'm very irritated and I contact the company they sent me an email (which I saved for proof) saying that I may have recieved a "bad" batch and they could send me a free pack upon my next purchase, bc they can't refund the money. Well the issue with the 30 day return is that u will not know the texture and feel of the hair until it's installed and if your a company who stands behind your product 100% you wouldn't need to refund $ it should simply state if you receive a bad batch hair send it back for replacement. This company is a joke and the BBB should be involved bc they are promoting false advertsing...needless to say STAY AWAY DO NOT BUY. Sorry so long but I can't stand companies that take advantage of consumers.
