Having purchased ink from eink2go of a sum of $800.00 I have had to pay two additional times to get this company to swap out the HP 8500 940lx cartridges due to printer not excepting the ink cartridge's. So again I call to get the same 12 cartridges replaced for same reason and was told to bad its been 6 months we cant replace them, just throw them out. The worst part is that I had asked for a refund back when it became known to me that they would not work in my machine, again the refusal and then told that I had to pay to send the ink back to be replaced. This company dose not care about their customers at all. Do not use them for ink.
