Terrible company
Ordered LG50pg7000 TV £899, promised 3 delivery dates...no delivery. Paid via Paypal as thought insured, found out now not covered unless Paypal is used via Ebay. Have contacted Police and Tradind Standards and niether seem interested, all they advise is take to small claims court. All well and good but have to find the bas*ard first. Had many phone calls with Paypal, begged them to freeze his funds ASAP but they said they would give him 10 days. Website is now gone and I am sure this conman is. Amzes me how easy it must have been for him to set up knowing the likes of Paypal and Trading Standards do not give a dam and claim they can do nothing. If anyone has any details of this conman would be interested to hear, I cannot afford to be out of pocket £899. Paypal should review their advertising all their adverts strongly imply pay with us and you are safe and secure!!

Money taken, but no goods delivered
We ordered a camera, site claimed next day delivery and was PayPal registered so we thought we were safe! To date no camera, not responding to emails and now the site does not seem to exist. It does not seem fair that this sort of thing can happen. Google are still listing Ejaffa, PayPal also have their name linked to this company.

Negligent company
I believe Paypal should have done something about this website a long time ago. They appear to have received complaints since mid January. It appears they have been negligent and therefore I would suggest they should be reimbursing people.

Scam and lies
We were looking on What? Digital Camera at the Panasonic Lumix when an advert for the Panasonic Lumix TZ5 appeared from ejaffa which was much cheaper, assuming this was because the TZ6 was due out. So we ordered through Paypal but it sat there as status pending. When we heard nothing and the money went from paypal yesterday I came accross all these comments when trying to find a phone number and I feel sick now as there is no guarantee that I will get my money back from Paypal. I am really angry that Paypal haven't done anything about it and are letting more people be duped by this site!

Fraud and cheating
I ordered a Lacoste Polo Shirt 30th January 2009. There delivery states your item is despatched the following working day. Nothing had arrived after a week so I emailed them about not receiving my Polo Shirt and was told it was being despatched on the saturday. Still nothing has arrived and I believe this site is a fraud.

Fraud
I ordered this a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ5 from this site and never recieved the product. After many emails in which they claimed it had been sent, I investigated and found many others had too been conned by this site. These people should be arrested for fraud!!!
