On July 16, 2009 we sign up with EJSSERVICES(Fortress Servicing LLC) to help with our credit card companys.they drafted money out of our bank acount for certain fees such as administrative fee, monthly maintenance fee, and part of that was to be set aside to pay our creditors as they would contact later on.the following amount was drafted out of our bank acount.july 15, 2009 $1, 256.69, Sept..1, 2009 $1, 256.69.Nov.02, 2009 $1, 256.69 Dec, 1, 2009 $ 1, 050.00 Jan.4, 2010 $1, 050.00, and Feb.1, 2010 $1, 150.00 add up to atotal sum of $ 7, 120.07 EJSServices did not address, did not contack or negotiate with any of our creditos.we spoke to an agent (name)mr.Brian Taylor after they drafted out of our acount in Feb.1, 2010 an inform mr.Taylor to cancel /discontinue the contractal program with EJSServices we also fax and e-mail him a copy of our concelation letter telling him that we wanted a refund or a fair settlement, over the phone he did say that we are entile to a customer saving and that a check was to be mail out .to this date we have not receive no such check.i have call and e-mail Mr.Brian Taylor he has not responed since April 3, 2010 please help me settle this matter Thanks
