I have contacted El Al a couple of times. I landed in Israel on September 25th, 2009. Once I got to my house and unpacked, I noticed that a lot of things were stolen from my luggage!

I filed a complaint with them and I heard nothing from them. When I contacted them again and gave them the complaint number, and they told me it didn't exist. I couldn't believe what I heard!

I didn't get anything back from them, no apologies or anything. It is now the last week of December and I have yet to hear anything. I just want some sort of reimbursement for my stolen items and for the pain that I've endured.

The Israeli security that went through my bags didn't want me around when they went through everything. I was with my brother and he can vouch for what they said. The stole things from my luggage's and I just can't believe irresponsible, unprofessionalism of their work!!! I am completely disgusted and I never want to deal with those type of people. They give all Israelis a bad name!!!
