To make a long-tedious story short, we were "rooked" into buying a 19, 500 timeshare ( points) with the promise that they ( the agent) could take our points and "sell" them or "rent out units" for us every year and our investment would be paid for in five years. WE paid for the entire thing by our personal credit card. When we returned home, we tried to cancel, but could not. We have fought them for over a year. and they cancelled our timeshre for "non-paymment" 10 months later. So now we have no timeshare and are still paying out the $19, 500 on our credit card. They will not return any phone calls or even offer to make a deal to return part of the money. They just made off with close to 20 grand and never look back!!

This place is a RIP-OFF and the agent are all LIARS!! DO NOT go to EL CID when in Mexico. They are only out to get your money and discredit your name.
