Good Thing that our Bank Security noticed 2 odd charges on this month, and they called us to find out what or why these were so odd . . THEY WERE ODD BECAUSE WE DID NOT AUTHORIZED THE CHARGE . . . What kind of business are you running there !! This is Total FRAUD . .and the Law should shut you down !!! We got our money back, and am joining in to file suit with the Texas D.A. to file charges of Fraud against El Tecal !!

PEOPLE BEWARE . .you can get your money back !! if you did NOT Authorize a charge on your C/card . .look in the back of your credit card there is a phone number on top of the card . .YOU need to call that number and report it, so they will STOP / REVERSE the charge. yes it will take 1 or 2 fax's sent to your Bank . .but its worth getting your money back !! you don't have to accept been RIPPED OFF !!!

IA family member did a free trail with the El Tecal website for a diet pill called Acai Berry. They also charged a $87.41 dollar fee with it. I was told this was the full price. I then tried to cancel it and was then told that I had to do it over the internet and that I would receive an email to confirm the cancelation. However, it has been 10 hours and I have recieved no email. Also, when I recieved the "Acai Berry" it was not actually that product, it was a diet pill called Diet Max. There was no return address, no paper work or anything when I recieved it. There was a white envelope and a bottle of pills, that was it.
