Wedding Photo's were great but when we got our album, it didn't have all of the 100 photo's that we had chosen. Most importantly the family photo of the grooms side of the family was missing when we had clearly asked for it. Also photo's were cropped so that people that were in the photos we had picked from the web page were no longer in the photo, neither of us expected this.
If you use her please make sure you see a copy of the album before she prints.
All we have asked for is the DVD when really she should reprint it. This would not cost her anything but she will only sell it to us for the price of £200 discounted from £300. It is really distressing to have to complain about something as important as your wedding album and feel like there is nothing you can do. It has been 5 months and she completely ignores our complaints. She sent us a file of the main photo missing as well as a couple of prints of photos that we complained about being cropped (one of these being the wrong one) but this does not come close to solving the problem. Its just so sad that we are stuck with an album that we are not happy with and that has now been tainted with the stress of complaining about it to no avail.
We would just like to make people aware so they can avoid being in the same situation, Its really isn't nice!
