I had my credit card charged for the game. I received the conformation email. I loaded up their download manager and downloaded the manual and begun to download the game. The download manager stopped at 30% and refuses to reconnect. I could not get onto their website (or any under the IGN entertainment umbrella). I have no way to contact them to get a refund for the faulty product
