I ordered Microsoft XP Home SP3 for download. The download link sent to me via email was did not work. After three emails to this company requesting support, and they declared strongly that the link works fine, I finally got an email with the complete link included. The earlier link was not complete. By this time, I already purchased the program from another company, as too much time had been wasted dealing with this non-responsive and hostile company. This company website says, and this is a direct quote: "100% Money back guarantee: if for any reason the product is not working or not genuine or not as promised, we issue Full refund."

When I asked them for a refund, their reply was, and this also is a direct quote: "this is not our fault. Software purchase is not refundable."

Don't do business with this company. They communicate poorly, if at all, are rude and dishonest!
