I had purchased a fridge on 13th Jan 2005 as per following.

Capacity : 275 litre Eletrolux Refrigerator
Model : RBF white URF/KEL/10065, double door
Dealer : Better Deal Electronics pvt Limited, , B- 3/67 Janakpuri , N Delhi - 58

It is now 7 months that fridge is not working for one or the other reasons. It has been attended by company's authorized technicians several times...

Gas has been refilled almost 10 times in last 6 months. Several parts like timer, Net /grill and other parts were replaced which cosed me more than Rs 5700. It gone to the workshop once on 24th June and returned on 29th June. It has stopped working again. Their technician Mr Lalit Arora has now expressed that it can not be repaired any more. I am suffering from the last 7 months in the summer of Delhi. Customer beware!!!
