I have a small duplex, all electric, approx. 550 sq feet. Spend most of my time with my mother who is 90 yrs old. Do not take baths, wash, cook ect. here. My bill has averaged 120.00 a month for the energy I used, I have all my bills to be able too refer to. My bill which I received April 01, 2011 was for 560.67. I have paid every bill that I have received from consumers. I talked to Ms. Darby, who stated she was a supervisor. She told me they were unable to gain access to my meter so they had to estimate which they did and billed me every month Dec. Jan. and Feb. and I paid 103.00-140.16 and 94.55. She stated that I own them an extra 560.67 for the 3 months they had to estimate. That would be an extra 186.66 every month they could not get to the meter, she did not tell me why they could not get to the meter. That would be 298.57 a month for my electricity, never been close to that. My landlord lived here before me and she stated her electric was never higher than 190.00. And that is with 2 children. I need help for this situation...Please..Paul Wandt.
