The service from QS has been nothing short of disgraceful.
They left out two toilet cisterns on our order and refused to pay for their shipment out to Greece (it was made clear to them at the time of ordering that the goods were to be shipped onto Greece). In addition they incorrectly described towel radiators as being electric when they were not and tried to claim it was out fault for not having specified that we wanted electric. the web-site CLEARLY described the items as "Electric towel radiators". They said we had to pay for the shipment and re stocking charges and the balance on price. They labelled the items incorrectly and so should bear the costs of putting the order straight.
Mo - the sales assistant clearly has no idea how to treat customers - he tried to make out it was my fault when it clearly was not me but a fault on the web-site. A look at the order pathway on the site proves their product decription as being misleading.
