We hired this company to film our wedding in May 2010. We just received our wedding video in November 2010 after numerous complaints to the BBB and Consumers Affairs Office of Rhode Island. This company MADE us pay in cash for their services, then lied to the District Attorney's office saying we WANTED to pay in cash, and then demanded another $250 on top of the $2000 they already received to do the job. (The company cites they gave us a discount because my sister-in-law agreed to use them for her wedding, but fail to knowledge the videographer was in the hospital and could not guarantee his services so she went with another vendor. The only "contract" they had was a sheet my husband filled out containing the names of our wedding party. This form was never signed by me or my husband). We finally paid the $250 just to get our video (fearful we'd never see it otherwise) via check. They took another 2 weeks to actually mail the video citing it takes two weeks for a check to clear" when it cleared with in two days of them depositing it. Once we received the video, we were so happy to finally see it. There was one glaring important moment missing from our video: My Father's Toast. When my husband contacted the company to inquire why it wasn't included, they cited that it wasn't filmed, that all the footage had been deleted, and our video tape had been re-used for another event. Yet, I have video footage from my brother's cell phone SHOWING HIM FILMING THE ENTIRE TOAST!!! (I attached a still from the video here). He then had the nerve to ask me to remove my comments and reviews from sites like RipOff.com and Yelp saying "since I was pleased with the video". Just because we paid the $250 doesn't mean they were in the right - it just means we wanted our video and we paid the ransom!!!

This company's dishonest owners are husband and wife team Joe and Donna Cacicia and they are liars and thieves and will stop nothing to promote their terrible services (as exhibited by their full size photo on the back of the DVD case and at the end of the video - which is in terrible taste after such a long battle to even get our videos!!!)

SAVE YOURSELF THE TEARS AND DISAPPOINTMENT!!! GO ELSEWHERE TO COMMEMORATE YOUR SPECIAL DAY!!!
