NEVER BUY FROM CYMAX! Received an electric fireplace from CYMAX, came damaged, missing pieces and wrong model (but we couldn't tell from unopened huge box delivered only n street in the snow - how to open and inspect it in such conditions?). We called customer service, they answer back very well...but they accomplish nothing and blame it on the manufacturer. Email upon email, no results (they even say my fireplace doesn't come with a glass door - but i am looking at the door, missing two hinges!!). Two months later, no help and no phone call, we want to talk live (see some of you were successful - we were not so far). Who knows the end result, I just sent a letter to the President in Vancouver, but not holding our breath. Lousy company, pay more and buy from a local store.
