False Advertisement poor quality
I purchased a camera January 12, 2011 over the phone and spoke to a manager named Stanley C.. He assured me that I would be happy with my purchases. Well, when I received the Nikon P100 and accessories I was very unhappy. I did not receive it on time as promised. They would not let me cancel the order. The camera came in a re-packaged box. The accessories was off brand, including the lens cap. I thought ordering accessories, they would be Nikon brand. NOT. I called them right away and told them I wanted to return everything. NOT. I was so furious, I contacted "The Nikon Company" myself. It was registered by its serial number as being sold to Sam's Club. They also confirmed that the lens should read Nikon and they do not ship the camera to no one in a white box. Further more they are NOT AN AUTHORIZE RESELLER, which I did not know at the time. I then took it to a well know local electronics store and they found a service memory card in the memory card slot. Their customer service is horrible, the owner is very nasty, and they are not true to their word. BEWARE !!! I have yet to see a refund and it is now March 22, 2011 Over $400.00 worth of purchases. I had to get my credit card company involved to get a RA# (Return Authorization) to be allowed to return it. I can return the camera but can not return the accessories or the warranty. What good is the warranty with a camera? I got the BBB involved in New York. The totally ignored the complaint and BBB said that's all we can do, which they already had a low rating. BEWARE. They are very unethical people. This ordeal was and still is one of my worst nightmares. Never Ever do business with them. You will regret it.
