dear all including electrolux

my refrigaretor mango series frost free model no.electrolux ref E310FF mango s steel 310L.

what we experience since 16 months of purchase is this some times even in freezer very less cooler ( 22o C )for two three days and again works finely this has happened several times but in summer only.

it seems that compressor works but for very less period.

my question is
1. what should be Temperature around fridge.
2. is that therostat problem

we have made complaned several times but no body respond ever.

now they are justified not to hear us since one year guarentee is over.

kindly suggest me.
