Since march 20, 2008 till today May 3, 2008, the defrost mechanism is not working and the refrigerator is not cooling.The after sales service is pathetic, visited around 8 times, replaced timer twice without any effect whatsoever. At the moment it is still not working. Though under warranty they are reluctant and refused to change the product even.
