I had bought a Electrolux Double Door Refrigerator, on 31.03.2009, before few days ago it was not working, then I went to Dealer M/s. Gunjan Radio, Harda and registered my complaint, after 2-3 days he given me mobile no. of Vahid, proprietor of authorised service centre at Harda in the name & style of M/s. Star Service Centre. He sent his assistance who did not understand the problem and brought PCB of the fridge in the name of repairing, after 3 days, after hard pursuation Mr. Vahid had come to my home and checked the fridge and told that its fan is not working, and changed the fan, but he charged Rs.1140/- for the same, which is very high. He did not given me replaced part of the fridge despite of my asking for that and did not show me the actual price prited on the box of the fan, even he charged Rs.295 for repairing of PCB, which is also very high, this type of cheat practice is damaging your reputation and name in the town.
You are requested to look/enquire the matter and ask to the dealer and Mr. Vahid, why he charged so much amount, and cheating the your valuable customers.
