On February 10, 2009 I tried to buy Anti-viruse software from Symantec but I tried to download the
product to many times I couldn't download it. But when checked my credit card account it is already
charged. I e-mailed the problem two times I couldn't get any answer or solution. This time I already bought another anti-virus software to protect my computer.
