I got charged and never received my order. I complained and gave time but got lame excuses. Finally 6 weeks later, I was promised a refund.

I wanted to know why my so called "refund" isn't on my statement yet. Read the response giving me yet another lame excuse. Don't forget to read the last statement that will give you a good idea of the customer care this fraudulent business has to offer.

I issued the refund yesterday. It may take a few days to show up on your

credit card statement. I have attached a screenshot directly from the

merchant account.

Secondly we do not operate a fraudulent business. Even the person who filed

that original report of ripoffreport.com has updated their file to reflect

they received the product last night.

So go ahead and waste your time filing police reports and doing whatever you

want, You're just wasting your own time now. I don't have the time nor the

motive to care about your insignificant ramblings and threats.
