They have a website with very attractive prices - too good to be true. I purchased an iphone. I made a payment through Moneybookers. Moneybookers is a seemingly UK based version of Paypal with no integrity. The merchant at first emailed me that it was posted by regular mail. It did not show up and they stopped communicating with me. Moneybookers said that they are unable to help as I did not use their escrow service - I did not know they had one.
