Cheating customer supported by Reliance Mobile Staff

Attn: Alliance Mobile customers, Human Right Organisations and Medias-

No use of this complaint cell-Please stop - Robers, Cheaters.

My name is Pradeep Kumar. My Reliance Mobile No. is 9324083303.

I send several complaints about one "Bakwas" (Robers). Please check my previous several complaints about this cheaters, but no use...

On 31 October, 2009, 3:29 p.m. one message came from “Bakwas” that:

Dear Subscriber,

Your subscription renewed for service for Rs. 10/- due on 11/2/2009 to unsubscribe – SMS Unsubscribe to 155223.

Yesterday on 02/11/2009, I unsubscribe and one message came from 155223 that Your request has been accepted you will be intimated totally about the status of your request.

And again today (03-11-2009) they cut Rs. 10/- again. I have lost lotes of money. Please stop this "Bakwas", and help me to refund from Bakwas.

Reliance Customer cheating - supporting by Reliance Mobile

Dear Sir,

I have one Reliance mobile number 09324083303. On October 11, 2009 I have noticed that Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) cut (deduct) my mobile balance amount. After that one message came from "BHAGHWASS SERVICE" (155223) that you have been successfully subscribed BHAGHWASS SERVICE @ Rs. 10/- for 10 days. What is this sir? I have sent many such complaints, but you have not take any action. Pleas stop this type of "pick-pocketing" and save your customers from these robers. Sir please see the matter seriously and do the needful.
