I'm disappointed that my complaint has not been responded to. I laid one on Sunday, 02.11.2008 afternoon. I was at Fortgale Sasol and bought petrol. The attendant just grabbed the money and proceeded to chat with his pals; no thank you, no is there anything else I can help with, worst of all, notill slip. Upon my asking for the till slip at least, the man in dreadlocks(attendant: not that I mind dreadlocks) told me I should have asked for it; the till slip that is. That really pissed me off, excuse the language. Is this the type of service one should expect when visiting Sasol Service Stations?
