Never Recieved Orders
On the 18th of March I ordered around $100 in wedding gifts and like everyone else received a false mailing e-mail. These guys are good, even the "lock" was on when I ordered, the thing that is supposed to tell you if the site is safe and legitimate. Some one needs to stop these people rather then letting them continue. I called my bank and they are launching and investigation and calling the police.

Did not receive order after payment
This company is a scam. I orderd over $100 of wedding favors. They took my money the same day. I have left several email requests and even attemped to talk online help chat. They do not respond. I called my credit card company and I am disputing my charge.
The credit card company gave me there direct phone number that was listed on their account. There is no contact phone number on the website. I called, left a message and I get no return calls.
This company is a scam to collect money from unknowing custormers. They take the money and disapper. This is a internet theft ring.

Personalized Floating Candles-Did not receive
I ordered a Personalized Floating Unity candle from this company on March 13th 2010. I have tried contacting them twice and they will not respond. They took the money out of my account that day, but can't send a return email for my request. I was told that it was going to be shipped via UPS Ground and go an order number and everything. But there is no way to use the Order number to look up the status. Pretty sure it's a big scam...do not order from this company! Now that I looked into it other people have had the same problem as me!

did not receive order
I recently ordered a Unity candle for my daughter's wedding. After placing the order I received an order # and was informed that my order would be shipped UPS. While they sure wasted no time in taking my payment out of my bank account, I have yet to receive my order! I have emailed their customer service dept several times and have yet to receive a reply to my question of where is my order. The phone number that they listed is no longer in service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!
