This company has no access to communicate with customer service. I have tried as well as with the help of my bank to question the unauthorized withdrawal out of my acct. My huge complaint is that they took money out of my accountant but how the hell did they get my information. I have never bought or used their services, and I want my money back.

DRI.www.element5.info made an unauthorized charge of $38.95 to my bank account. I did not authorize this charge.
