Yesterday, i saw advertisement in TOI of IFB and i called through mobile no (0987603805) at your customer care around 9 AM. I came to know about the offer and price while purchasing IFB washing machine. I would get a kit along with scratch coupon which would be worth 500 to 10000/-. This scratch coupon amount get redeem while purchasing. You can hear my conversation if you record. I am writing what i listened. I visited to Rhythm electronics sector 18 - Noida and asked about this offer. They told me that they are not aware about this. Meanwhile they checked with some senior people at IFB (BM) and also called at customer care around 11.30 AM. They handed the call to me and your customer care representative confirm me for scratch coupon would not provided by dealer. It would get provided by your representative once they reach for demo and this scratch coupon amount get redeem on next purchasing of any IFB appliances.

Today, i had a talk with Surendrajeet at customer care and he conveyed that this offer is valid only for north east. I am really disappointed by getting different answers from different people. As a customer i feel cheated. If this offer is valid only for north east then why not this communicated to your customer care representative? IFB is know for what they commit they deliver however, i am bit disappointed with everything.
