I CANCELED MY ACCOUNT ON 8/21/09 RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK WITH A E-MAIL CONFORMATION AND THEY DRAFTED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN THIS MONTH, AND CAUSED A OVERDRAFT FEE AT MY BANK. WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND UN RESPONSIVE, AND TOLD ME THEIR MANAGER WAS NOT TAKING ANY CALLS.

I seem to have fallen into the same product scam as the others I've read on this site. The company is all to quick to get your credit card # and promise a sample product at a small amount which was fine. No sample has ever arrived and the amount was taken out of my account PLUS a larger fee of $82.31 which seems to be the magic number from what I've read on other comments. Been on the phone for 15 minutes now and still nothing, now I've been disconnected!!! I agree with the others these types of companies need to be stopped.

I am a vicitm of this fraud from this company, and I never ever recieved the product to began with.. my cc # was charged $83.13 and the customer service person I spoke to, lied to me from start to end.. they refused to credit my cc#. I have contacted my cc# co.and canceled the card. after reading the complaints on this board. I had no ideal that my cc # was in danger of being charged every month.. for a product I never recieved.. by the way my shipping/handling was 99 cents.. I guess when things get hot, the company takes down the website and creates another one.. my question is, how do we has a group get back at this company.. if many of us here complain to the right person, it seems like we can get results.?? because the company is charging fradualntly on cc#, and some of us never recieved the product... would that be a case for the District Attorney or the FBI. ???
