Placed an order for a MyTouch 3G case, received the correct design but for completely different phone. PLEASE BEWARE!!! This company has a horrible track record and very poor customer service if you can even get through to them, whatever time it says you will be connected times that by 4 and you might be have a realistic wait time. After finally returning the product and not getting any response I called today and I was told I'd have my refund in 4 business days. Thanks elite extreme cock suckers, had no problem taking my money instantly and fucking procrastinating everything else. Do not take a chance with them like I did. You've been warned!

purchased cell phone accessories on-line. rcvd confirmation email. when no order status email arrived, i called the above numbers from their website. recording said i was #1 in the queue with a waite time of one minute. after one minute, phone disconnected. called numerous times (both numbers) witht he same result. finally aroung 3:00 in the afternnon, the phone was answered. i asked for status of the order. the CSR asked for the order number. i gave her the number. she asked for my name and when i gave it to her, she said they had no order in their records for me. i repeated my name. she then asked what kind of car i drove. i gave her the name, asked why and the phone disconnected. i tried calling back the rest of the afternoon until 5:00 getting only the message about being number one in the queue before the phone disconnected.
