Complete Scam

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY SCAM ARTISTS!!!

They prey on older people and scam them into getting their duct work cleaned by useing a coupon book. They come over with a $39.00 to $79.00 coupon and the bill ends up being in the thousands. Best part is they bring their own dirt, use scare tatics about breathing in bad particals that will cause black lung and never acually do any cleaning. They drill holes, break lights, never actually doing anything. Please do not let anyone you care about use these people. They use different buisness names and are based out of New Jersey. WE ARE TAKING THEM TO COURT!!! ELITE INDOOR AIRCARE IS HORRIBLE!!!

Rip Off

We saw the add in a paper that is delivered to our home every month. The coupon for vent/air duct cleaning starts with saying
$39.95. This includes one return, one main duct and vents. The technician came out and counted the vents and said that there needs to be additional work. He NEVER gave a total or did an estimate before starting the work. Needless to say we started at around $40 ...final was told at the END of service is $3100. I called and complained to the owner and he took of $500 (which I did appreciate). However, GET ESTIMATES before the work is done. Insist on it or you will be amazed at what a $39.95 coupon will add up too.
