It's been 12 weeks now, I am out $2, 725, still do not have my car, and have to settle for something I really didn't want.

put down $2, 725 to have new transmission ordered with a 1 year 12k warranty on it. Trevor the mechanic said car would be done in 1 week.

I brought my truck in for service only to find out that the new transmission Trevor ordered got damaged. I was only told about this because I physically went to shop to check status.

Called Trevor to find out neither he nor the outsourced Transmission shop could complete the rebuild, Trevor stated we must get a transmission with 55k miles on it.

Called Elite Motors to speak with owner regarding the status on my car. Abe the owner promised my car would be done on 09-16-09.

Called to follow up with owner only to find out that car is still not done and that the mechanic Trevor is now on vacation.

I paid and agreed to get a new transmission in my car, now I will have to settle for a transmission with 55k. No price was ever given to me for the 55k transmission, all I have heard is that the car will be done next week and that I would be taken care of.
