AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!! I order windows from them and signed a contract. They promised in writing that the windows would be in in 6 weeks from PGT. 6 weeks came and I did not hear from them. I called Randy Puckett (the rep who came to my home) he promised they would be delivered in 2 more weeks. 2 more weeks came and still no windows. I called again and Randy said there was some mix up and it would be 2 more weeks. 2 more weeks went by and still no windows. I called Randy and he told me to call the owner of the Company ( I forget his name now?) I called him and he explained that there was a mistake and the windows are going to cost more now because there was a mistake on their part. I told him "hey we have a contract" and he explained that they didn't even order my windows yet and if I wanted him to order the windows he would have to raise the price another $1500.oo from what our contract states and it would be another 6 weeks! They basically said "Yes I know we have a contract but I won't uphold my responsibities and thats too bad for you so sue me if you want"! I couldn't believe after almost 3 months they tell me this. At this point they wasted 3 months of my time and now make it blatantly obvious that they are not trustworthy so I don't even want to do business with them. Everything they ever told me was a lie. Also, I called Randy Puckett many times and left him many messages asking him to help explain what happened and he wouldn't even return one of my phone calls. Before I even contracted with them some friends of mine warned me about them because they have a bad reputation in our condominium with doing what they say will do. I learned my lesson. Go with a reputable company. Elite Screen Company is NOT REPUTABLE. Also, I'm STILL waiting to recieve my deposit back! Its been over a month and still no check! What a surprise! Tom
