not sending product

i ordered my product on oct. 2nd 2009, it is now oct. 10 and i have not recieved any shipping information or product. i emailed them and they said that there product that i had purchased had not been restocked and they are currently waiting for a new supply and as soon as they got them in they would send them out. but the funny thing is, when i looked on there website for the product i bought, it wasnt on there website any more. i am now wondering if i am ever going to receive my product. oh i order a pink and black cover with butterflies for my lg rumor 2.

Never received

I ordered a cover for my cell phone a couple months ago. They kept telling me it was out of stock (but it was shown on their website), so the last time i called (3 weeks ago) I asked for a refund and they said they would do that. I have NOT seen any type of refund!
