Placed an order, got charged, no merchandise ever shipped. Consistent with the other comments on complaintsboard.com, this company is completely unreliable. These ripoff artists don't even refund your money when they fail to ship an order. Do a search on this company, and you'll find multiple similar comments/complaints about them.

First I ordered a cell phone battery cover (2 day ship by air) and never received on the 3rd day emailed and called the company and was VERY hard to get a hold of someone, when I finally did I was told that my item was backordered and they didn't know when it would be shipped??? I never ONCE received an email stating this information. When I told "Elizabeth" the customer rep this- I was simplytold -ok what do you want US to do?? Incredible!! I told her I wanted to be be refunded, she simply said OK, and abruptly hung up the phone!! NO refund details or anything at all!! WOW She was absolutely HOZRRIBLE.
This "customer service" rep I spoke to about my order when I called was the rudest telephone operator I have spoken with in a very-very long time "Elizabeth." I called back and asked for a Supervisor and was hung up on twice, by the same operator!! She then informed me that a Super. would not be available to help for more than 10 min and to call back.

Obviously I canceled my order and will not be doing business with EE ever again, as well, I will be letting all my friends, and co-workers know about my horrible experience, I will also place this on yahoo answers and blogs I belong to.

I guess I should have read this website first before ordering!

* I did request a FULL and complete refund on this back-ordered cover, and I better get it.
