Fraud
This is a total scam. They charged my account (Unauthorized) for a fitness magazine for the price of $24.82. I did not agree to this charge and they refused to refund the money. The phone number is (866) 407-4020...They have been billing by different names every month. Fit Club Online, Elitepack, ... related to some Acai crap. Stay away from this.

fraud/taking money out of account
I am disgusted, for the last 6months elitepack amount for 2.96 USD, has been taking money out my account and unable to stop them from doing so!
I have no idea whats this for as it's fraud!
If this does not stop immediately, this is going public!
there are two companies doing this & the other one is ezykit for 7.01 USD which is also going out of my account.

I will be contacting a lawyer as to whatcan be done and also lthe credit card company.

unauth charge to my credit card
I ordered a trial product over the internet. When it came, not all of the product was included. I needed to spend additional money to get the rest. I cancelled via email, telephone and mailed back the product as instructed. Now my credit card is getting charged 24.82 monthly. The first time I disputed with my credit card co., they contacted the merchant and credited my account. I now see another charge and my cc company says to contact the product company directly. This is difficult and time consuming.

unauthorised payments
Money was taken from my credit card twice, do not know the companies and would not under any circumstances order anything from US without any suresafe way of getting money back should anything go wrong9e.g.paypal).
I believe these companies work in conjunction with each other and definately should be prosecuted somehow.

Automatic Withdrawals
This is the first charge made to my account from an unanswerable phone number. It appeared on my Bank transaction sheet like this: Elitepack 8663962729 on November 13th, 2009. Today I noticed another charge from a different company, but by what I can see they are all related!!! I'll post the other one separately.

theft from credit card
Ordered the new acaiburn from vibrant beauty. Received the product (60 capsules of supposed fatburning herb from the amazon - acai burn).
6 weeks later another debit was taken from my credit card without my consent. The listing on my credit card statement was "elitepack 8663962729 ref 325259146024 fgn amt 24.82CY" then my credit card number.
I did not authorise this deduction and have NEVER received anything from these people. I know it is a fraudulent transaction as these two transactions are the ONLY transactions on the credit card during this time.
I never agreed to the transaction, was never informed of any additional charges or, having read similar complaints, was never informed of any 'membership'.
This is outright stealing!
