After I lost my job and my company shut down a few months ago, I filed for unemployment. One of the many things the state unemployment web-sites is connect you with options to find out about government grants. As I have been trying to go back to school I signed up for the "free" information on how to apply for grants that was to be sent to me by mail providing I pay the $2 shipping fee. I did and boy did I make a mistake. A few months later I notice a $79.86 charge from a company called ELITEPACK. When I called to find out what the charge was for the guy who answered the number first asked what number I was trying to reach and when I told him the first thing he said was "What is the amount you are being charged you want to dispute" I had not said anything about a charge or wanting to dispute it. Not only was the guy rude but he pretty much knew the company he was working for was ripping people off!! I didn't even have to complain he knew what I was going to say before I said it. He told be he would remove the membership I never signed up for, but I canceled the card after reading how many people said they were told the same thing and the charges kept showing up month to month. Why are they allowed to exist, they are theifs? Why is this awful company attached to a government web-sites? Even more so, why the unemployment site? I already don't have any money...Thanks ELITEPACK for stealing my food money for the week. Looks like I'll be eating Ramen this Christmas!

I have been charged $27.60 from my credit card and I haven't purchased anything from them. I don't even know who they are.
Please refund my money

This amount has been debited from my account without my authority. My bank is disputing it and my card has been stopped.

"elitepack" have gained and used my credit card information illegally. So if elitepack and the many associated scamming companies(?) are reading this please note you will receive nothing.

After cancelling with Dazzle White and getting a partial refund, about 2 weeks later my credit card gets debited for £15.37 by Elitepack. Apparently they are an associate company of Dazzle White and the terms and conditions on their website allows their partners i.e Elitepack amongst others to debit your card or accont. This scam has been exposed in the UK and featured in newspaper and TV exposes but the credit card companies are of very little help as you have to cancel each individual company that takes your money. I have a UK no for Elitepack 0808 120 2346 however they operate at US east coast standard times. US no is 866 396 2729.

I don't even know what Elitepack is, but it just shows up on my bank statement one day and took $24 out of my account. When I tried calling the number listed on the statement, I couldnt't connect even after several times. Does anyone know how to reach these people? This is ridiculous and should be illegal.
