I have never heard of or subscribed to this company and they are withdrawing money from my bank mothly!!! My bank is chasing up the amounts. I am fuming!!! If I was living in the USA, I would be knocking on their door and giving them a piece of my mind.

I have found two charges on my credit card - one from Elitepack and one from Beautyclub for the amounts of $95.43 plus $1.91 overseas transaction charge, and $26.78 plus $0.54 overseas transaction charge. Upon contacting my bank I was told these are purchases from an online company selling weight loss products, etc. I have NEVER ordered any such thing, and have NEVER received anything either. THe bank are not prepared to help me recover my stolen funds. How do I get my money back for these fraudulent charges? Can anyone help???

On November, 7th, 2009, I was charged by Elitepack on the same amount of money $24.82 on my credit card without my authorization. I didnot know yet as to where and whom Elitepack was able to obtain my credit card. I gave my credit card number to www. Amazon.com which I first wanted to order some pharmaceutical products but the shipping cost was just extremely high. This made me change my mind by not placing through my order with www. amazon.com, however, www.amazon .com has learned and got my credit card number because www.amazon.com stated that you can change the quantity and the amount of order at the final step. I did not place my order to the final step, you see www.amazon.com asked you to fill out your credit card's detail before
the final step of placing my order. Another possibility is Dazzle White, the company who's selling this dental product that I have given my new credit card number to them last month.
How my credit card's information was leaked out to Elitepack? Did they share the customer's information together?
Of course, I will dispute on this transaction and ask my Bank to charge them back because the charges usually stop after the bank makes a charge back to the companies for the unauthorized amounts.

Hoping that they will not charge forever any amount of money to my credit card.

My edition : Another possibility is Dazzle White, the company who's selling this dental product that I have given my new credit card number to them last month.

I ordered teeth whiting product pen and when speaking to rep. he asked me if I knew after 14 days I would be deducted 75.00 from my bank account. I said, No. So I cancelled not more than 3 minutes later.
I was told I could cancel but I would still be charged the 75.00 unless I mail back product within 14days.

It took a week to receive product in mail I mailed back overnight through U.S.postal with certified receipt.
I also received a cancellation email. That was on 11/04/09.

Now on 11/24/09 I see a charge on hold of 24.82 for Elitepack. I didn't know who this was so go online and seen they are in connection with Dazzlewhite. I called Dazzlewhite and spoke to Cluadia and she said this company
Elitepack is connected with Dazzlewhite but she has no access to look up seperate account and gave me a number (866.407.3685) that is not in service.

Cluadia also mentioned this was set up for a monthly withdrawl fro bank account.
I just called again Dazzlewhite # 866.9892686 and spoke to Chanratra. She informed me that she cancelled Elitepack and sent a cancellation email. But I would have to talk with my bank for my 24.82.

I read my email and it shows a membership was cancelled for World Class Fitness Club ? I really hope there are no more withdrawals from bank acct.

I signed up for $2.95 to get employment with google and did not request a trial offer from Elitepack. I have not received any services or products from Elitepack and was notified by my credit card company of this fraud scam. I requested a refund of $79.86 from Elitepack at 1-866-396-2729 and was refused; they even hung up on me. Please help me get my money back. I am unemployed and do not have money to give away.
