charge Of $79.86 not authorized
Charge of $79.86 showed up on one of my credit cards. Do not even know what Elitepack is. My card company notified me about the charge. They are checking on the fraud for me.

STEALING MY MONEY
THESE PEOPLE HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY AND I AM FED UP. THEY SAY ONLY $2.95 WILL BE WITHDRAWN FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AND IT IS FOR GOOGLE ADSENSE FOR A GOOGLE MONEY KIT. I THINK THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH GOOGLE BUT WHO KNOWS.
WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER TO GET A REFUND THEY EMPHATICALLY SAID NO REFUND AND COULD NOT TALK TO SUPERVISOR AND SAID THEY ARE HANGING UP. CALLED AGAIN, SAME THING.
I CALLED TO MAKE SURE NO OTHER CHARGES WOULD COME ABOUT AFTER THE $2.95 CHARGE AND THEY STILL PUT A $79.95 CHARGE THEN A $82.26 CHARGE. WHAT IS STUPID I DID THIS STUPID THING ONE OTHER TIME AGAIN BUT I GOT CAUGHT UP IN ALL THE JARGIN OF IT ALL I WAS DUMB ENOUGH TO FALL FOR IT AGAIN.
I'VE HAD IT WITH THESE PEOPLE AND SOMEONE SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I WISH WE COULD PUT THEM ALL UNDER A JAIL.

Unauthorized charges
I ordered some AcaiBerry 2 months ago for a free trial which cost me a "Said" at the time $2.95 for a free trial of 15 days so i used my debit/credit card. but i was thinking how will i know if something would work with in 15 days and called back right away to cancel the Order. when I did the phone number had changed within minutes and I was now in suspition to the site and after 3 days of searching contacted them/ they gave me the run around so badly i almost lost my mind. finally called them with the right number. they gave me a fales adress to ship the package to when it arrived "not yet" I called the place were they gave me the address. they people at the address didn't even know who i was. so 4 days later i recieved the package took it right to the post office and shipped it back to the address that was on the outside of the carton . then called the address on the outside and got the right number gave them the shiping number and told them that the item was being sent back ASAP that i wanted a refund ASAP. they said ok. 30 days later ELITEPACK charged My account for $24.84 for nothing they said i ordered from Acaiberry and they added me into there system ? ELITEPACK is a fraud company they are a hoax they are a fales company steeling from credit card people all over America they should be put in jail. they have been reported and i had to shut down my accounts or they would keep charging my credit card. I will find them and sue. watch out for Acaiberri and Elitepack they are in this together

unauthorized charge
Ordered from Dazzle Smile a free sample, as soon as received the package without opening it shipped it back and called right away and canceled the account with the confirmation number. Three weeks later I saw a charge of $24.82 and .20c from the company called "Elitepack" on my credit card, which I had no idea what it was and I was sure that I didn't purchase anything from them. Googled "Elitepack" and found their phone number called them up they told me that they affiliate with Dazzle Smile and when you cancel Dazzle Smile account you need as well to cancel Elitepack account, which was nowhere in seen when I was ordering the sample. I even read fine script in Terms and Conditions and the Elitepack was nowhere in seen or listed. Elitepack did cancel my non existing account, but refused to refund the $24.82 (I didn’t even bother about .20c), had to call my credit card to dispute that amount.
Be aware do not order from free sampling companies because without realizing it you will be charged from other companies even though you didn't sign up with them. Real SCAM!

did NOT order anything from this company
I ordered a free sample of teeth whitening stuff (paid shipping and handling). Then I began recieving charges for products i didn't order. When I googled elitepack, a found a customer service number. The woman I spoke with said that i had order their product ( I don't even know what it is!!!) and refused to remove the charge from my card or let me speak with a supervisor. She said that it didn't warrant a supervisor. Despite my asking numerous times to speak with a supervisor, she consistantly responded, "This does not warrant a supervisor. I can make this decision." When I asked her do say "You can't speak with a supervisor, " she just repeated that it didn't warrant a supervisor.

advertized as a $1.oo charge and then scame my credit card for $80.00
Looks like a lot of people got scamed from this company...What is being done about it? When I relized it hit my credit card for $79 more than I was lead to believe. I called the company all I got was busy signals. When I finally got thru, I was told that they would cancel my order but I would not get my money back because they said it stated I only had 2 days to cancel. (i'm sure it was in small print somewhere in the corner of the page.) So, I got scammed...Can someone help me get my money back? This company's name is Elitepack phone # 866-396-2729

Unauthorized debit on my checking account
I have no idea how this company got my debit card information. I had to look them up on the internet to find out who was dipping into my checking account without authorization. I never purchased or ordered anything from them and I will be following up on getting my money back.

Fraudulant charge
Discovered a charge of $79.86 on my credit card. Called the number shown with the name and was told it was a non-refundable charge for a training package to make money on google. I replied that I had not ordered it. Carolyn in their customer service division said she was sorry, but it was a non refundable charge.
This needs to be stopped!!!

Rip Off Scam
Elitepack has charged my Visa Credit Card $-$24.82 four times now. I believe they may be from a free sample of Acai Berry Detox. The free sample was a trial. If you didn't like the product after 15 days you would call and tell them you were no longer interested in their product. I did this 30 days ago. Now they have changed their name and continue with their -$24.82 charge attacks every 7 days now. WARNING!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ANYONE OFFERING A FREE SAMPLE OF ACAI BERRY ANYTHING!! YOU WILL BE SORRY!! YOU WILL BE ROBBED!!

Charging credit card without authoriZation
I just got off of the phone with Elitepack people and they say that they can't give me back the money they have charged my credit card. I DIDN'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, the lady wouldn't let me speak with a supervisor saying they wouldn't talk talk to me.THESE PEOPLE HAVE TO BE STOPPED!!! THEY ARE TAKING OUT MONEY PEOPLE GETTING RICH IF THEY TAKE THIS FROM EVERYONE, I AM IN THE WRONG BUSINESS APPARENTLY. Being an honest american doesn't get you very far with pepole like these people. THIS IS A SCAM AND NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!! I told her I would spend 5, 000.00 to get the 24.82 they charged me back just to stop them from taking any more of my money or anyone elses. I AM MAD!!!
